Overview
KoreVia Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in critical care transport as needed, ensuring patient safety during transfers.
Location: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County!
Shift: Day and Night available
Experience:
- RN: 1 year (Required)
- Recent Medical-Surgical/ Telemetry: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
License/Certification:
- 1+ year of recent Medical Surgical experience
- RN (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required)
- NIH
