Overview
KoreVia Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join our healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
*Hospital Locations: Tarzana, Eureka, Santa Monica, Torrance, and Fullerton*
Duties
- Set up a delivery table and monitor the health status of mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
- Ability to Float to Postpartum/MBU
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.
- Maintain compliance with ICD-10 coding for accurate medical record documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
- ACLS, and BLS (American Heart Association)
- NRP
- AWHONN Advance (FHM)
Required Skills:
- Circulate for C-section
- Preceptor skills
Experience
