KoreVia Solutions is seeking kind and compassionateLPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) for short- and long-term travel assignments in various cities and states, including Nebraska, North Carolina, New Mexico, Montana, North Dakota, Maine and Iowa. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in post-acute (short-term) or long-term care facilities. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in patient care, medication administration, and medical documentation while ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

- Admitting new residents
- Assisting physicians during rounds
- Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
- Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
- Providing basic patient care, including giving medications and checking vital signs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Offering emotional support to residents
- Communicating with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Certification/Licensed as an LPN in whatever state applying to.
- Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is essential.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred.
- Experience in assisted living or memory care environments is a plus.
- Understanding of medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
