Duties Include:
- Deliver high-quality patient care based on scope of practice
- Perform assessments, implement and evaluate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments (as applicable)
- Document all care accurately in facility-provided systems
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support and educate patients and families
- Adapt quickly to new facility environments and protocols
Requirements:
- Active RN or LVN license in the State of California
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association – Required)
- PALS Certification (American Heart Association – Required)
- ACLS preferred for critical care or emergency roles
- Ability to lift 30 lbs without assistance
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Professional, reliable, and flexible with assignments
